Projects versioning

The Major version increases if new functions are added without backward compatibility of the previous version.
The Minor version increases if backward compatibility is guaranteed.
The Release increases if new functions were not added.
The status "In development" means the version is not finished and it published only for the testing.
The Build is using as internal needs of the developers.
